Q- Will the same caregiver be at our home everyday?

A-  A-Z Home Care goes to great lengths to assure that the caregiver assgned to your family is the right person to meet the needs of your loved one and your family. Once a caregiver is in the home, we strive to assure that same person remains with the client. This contributes to the stability and comfort of  the client.

Q- What happens if the assigned caregiver turns out to be an unsuitable match for our family ?

 A- We strive to assure that the caregiver placed with your loved one is the right one with our "Perfect Match Guarantee".  In the event that a caregiver does not meet your expectations, we will be more than happy to replace the caregiver with someone that is right for you.

Q- What happens if your caregiver is unable to report for a shift due to an emergency or illness ?

A- We will place a temporary caregiver that will meet your needs in the event that your primary cargiver is unable to report to work unexpectedly.

Q- Are your caregiver insured and bonded?

A- All of our caregivers are insured and bonded.  They are carefully screened and interviewed to ensure that our clients receive the highest possible ethical standards. Our screening process includes; a written test, a thorough interview, verification of all references, criminal & Department of Motor Vehicle background checks, and an I-9 verification.  In addition, the agency is fully insured for professional  liability. Our policy covers each of the caregivers under the corporate umbrella.

Q- Who do I pay and what forms of payment do you accept?

A- Payment is made to A-Z Home Health Care.  We can provide your invoice in any way that is convenient for you i.e.: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly by either direct mail or email.
